Bladder problems during pregnancy.

Okay y'all I'm a lil embarrassed about this one, but I'm hoping that it's common rather than my bladder on it's own.

Back when I was a young teen, I had a drinking problem, resulting in kidney and liver problems causing me to get bladder infections one after the other.
But I'm not gunna get into that.

My question is...
Is there any women who have actually accidentally peed themselves just a lil bit after sneezing or coughing really hard??

Because whenever I sneeze or cough, half the time I end up peeing my pants a lil.

The first time I did it was a couple weeks ago, and I was like "Omg I can't believe I just peed my pants!!"
LOL
I mean, even when I was potty training my mother said that I only had an accident maybe half a dozen times...
So it was quite a shocker.

I told my MIL and she said that it's just the baby n uterus putting extra pressure on my bladder, but I'm only 13 weeks?
I dunno.
Has anyone else had this problem before??

I've never had that problem but from what I have read it is common for the reasons your MIL said. Your bladder is getting pushed on and coughing/sneezing/laughing naturally puts pressure on your bladder so the two of them together can cause accidents or leaks. If it is just a little you could buy the poise panty liners made for this exact problem.
Hope this helps a little

I've never had that problem, but my Mom told me with every Pregnancy she had whenever she laughed, cried, coughed or sneezed she would pee herself! I think it's completely normal, you have so many things resting on your bladder that its extra sensitive. I'm sure it happens to a lot of Pregnant women!
