my advice is to wait a week and retest. i have heard some women who bleed heavy with clots and cramps only to have the doc tell them they were having a miscarriage. then a few weeks later, they found out the baby is doing fine. things can work in any direction. stay up and keep a positive attitude. Good Luck.

Some tests can give false positives, especially if they are the blue dye tests. If they did a blood test and it came back negative, then you may not be pregnant, or you may have a chemical pregnancy...which basically means you did get pregnant but the egg died very early on and you are now bleeding, it's fairly common most women don't know they are pregnant when they have one, their period is just a little later. I hope this is not the case for you. Try testing with a pink dye test, like First Response, and if you get a positive go back to the doctor. Sometimes the blood test does not come back positive for until later depending on how high the HCG must be for the doctor to consider you pregnant, some say 5, 10, or even 25.

The doctors told you that you were not pregnant? Did they do a blood test? Did you tell them about your positive tests? Did they offer any explanation? Did you do another hpt? Sorry for all the questions just trying to gather some more info!!

Did the doctors so any other tests? For Cysts or anything? I am just as confused as to why you would have 2 positives at home... and now spotting.  :( I wish I could help more.  Why dont you get a digital hpt and also see a different doctor??
