Blood pressure

Has anyone had any success at lowering bp?   I don't know what to do I dont want my baby to suffer.  I have lowered my activity level as far as I can without making my 5 year old suffer.  Any tips would be appreciated!

The benefits of BP meds could outweigh any risks of high blood pressure.  I know that I will have to take BP meds when im pregnant.  You should really consult your physician to see if this applies in your case.   Aldomet is a BP med that is considered safe in pregnancy.  I was on BP meds when I miscarried but had nothing to do with it.  BP can be a serious problem in pregnancy and should not be ignored.
