they must be abit behind over here lol, I've been told no by 3 different surgeons and thats why I havent gone down that road, I know you can breastfeed with implants though :)

Actually you can breastfeed if the doctor does it right! I asked about this - they wanted to do it after my last pregnancy because my breasts have pulled my neck out of alignment and I'll need corrective surgery on that too...but I didn't want the recovery time. :-) they're supposed to leave the mammary glands intact, but the wrong doctor or a tricky surgery can cause a complication...however the plastic surgeon I'm working with did a friend's reduction last year and she got pregnant unexpectedly and is currently breastfeeding her 6-month-old..so I'm hopeful!

definitely a risk to consider though, because if it goes wrong it can cause a problem!

Ifd your planning a reduction, and you maybe havent finished having children, you cant breastfeed after, I have often thought about this but I', pleased I never did as when I thought I'd finished my family out popped 4 more so I wouldnt have been able to breastfeed them

sorry I was a 36DDD before my first baby...now pregnant with #3 I'm a 36FF is what I meant to say. I have to wear smaller bras all the time because they just don't make them that small around for such big cups without ordering them and I haven't had the cash to order them..they seem to think that to be an FF you need to be a 50 or something, lol

I started out pregnancy as a 36DDD and now I'm a 36FF so...good luck girl! lol..I'm getting a reduction because my boobs never did go back down and as soon as this baby's out I don't plan on being pregnant again for at least 5 years..so I'm taking advantage of the time to get back down to a DDD. Still big but much more tolerable..I'm only 5'2" as well and I'm not thin but I"m not huge either...quite a backache.

Goodness your already a 34DDD....poor girl! Your looking at about two more sizes... Also once you have the baby and your milk comes in you'll go up about another size for a couple of days or weeks until it regulates and you establish a breastfeeding schedule...if you plan to breastfeed. If not they'll go down...I think, lol. The veins are very common also your areola's will darken...if you have moles they will grow some and get darker...all normal and will get lighter or go back down after they birth.

The veins are normal after birth they fade away. Lol I also am seeing them. I stared a 34c and I'm to a 34d my fiance is happy. My back is hurting since I'm smaller build. :)

Oh yes!! That was one of the first things I noticed! It feels like they get darker and darker the whole time! Eventually it works its way to your belly too.
