Before getting pregnant with my son I was a 34B. The morning after my milk came in I was a 36E. After nursing for two years I was back down to 36C.
I never leaked at all during pregnancy but latched immediately after delivery and had plenty of colostrum, full milk supply came in about 72 hours postpartum.
My boobs looked awesome throughout pregnancy, they were fuller and because they needed good support I had cleavage like never before.

I was a b before pregnant and went up to a c then I went back to a b but my breasts were a lil saggy. Just what pregnancy does to you.

I was a b cup before I got pregnant now I'm 30 weeks and a d lol!!! Not complaining it's a nice change to finally have boobs! And yes they are definitely wayyy more perky. But for me they stopped hurting in the second trimester and started hurting again in the third... And lactating is different for everyone.

everyone is different.
your boobs can grow a cup or more. I went up a size and a cup.
the soreness for me comes and goes.
I started lactating around 4 months I believe, but again everyone can start at different times or you can also start after giving birth. each woman is different and its normal.

pregnancy has no effect on perkiness. its gravity, wear a bra they will be perky dont wear a bra and they begin to sag (over time --- thats what Ive read. at least)
and not sure most likely due to your body changes.

Lactation starts at different times for everyone. I started lactating at 10weeks. That's all I know
