nope that definately looks like a girl to me. Female parts are slightly swollen in the beginning because of hormones. This picture is lacking the three classic "circles" of boy genitalia. From my experience (3 boys and 3 girls) this picture looks like a girl to me.
Look's like a girl to me! I have an u/s from when I was 12-13 weeks and pg with a boy, and you can see the 3 round circles Losingmymind is talking about.
