Braxton Hicks or Contractions?

I'm 23 weeks and started having HORRIBLE menstrual like cramping and pressure yesterday. It came every 3 minutes in an hour then stopped for about 3 hours. Ive been nauseous and dizzy all day as well. Baby girl has also been kicking quite a lot too, especially when I feel the pain. I called doctor and he said to hydrate myself, relax as much as possible, try walking (stops Braxton hicks), then lay on my left side. He said they may just be caused by fetal movement, but this is painful and I have stage 4 Endometriosis , so I know painful. Its 1242am where I am and have had these pains for the last hour. Feet are elevated and water jug hasn't left my side, but nothings helping. Any advice? Im only asking because my doctor DOESNT have experience in my type of pregnancy and tried telling me how my body works (as in every woman's body is the same), when Ive REPEATEDLY tell him that its not how MY body is. Thank you in advance:)

Thank you. They've become more separative ranging from a minute to 5 minutes apart and lasting 30 seconds to a minute and a half. My local hospital isn't very bright, so I dont wanna get there and be told I'm fine, when I certainly know I'm not.

I would get yourself to the hospital . Even if they were Braxton hicks they shouldn't be that painful and 3 mins apart even if u were dehydrated. If I was you I would just get checked for the safety of your little one. No1 can tell you how ur body is only u will no what ur experiencing qnd if your not feeling right go to hospital. Hope this helps. And good luck xx
