Breakdown of pregnancy by weeks

I posed a comment earlier on the breakdown of weeks during pregnancy and here it is again.

Your First Trimester:
1st Month = Weeks 1,2,3,4  
2nd Month = Weeks 5,6,7,8  
3rd Month = Weeks 9,10,11,12,13
       Your Second Trimester:
4th Month = Wks 14,15,16,17
5th Month = Wks 18,19,20,21
6th Month = Wks 22,23,24,25,26
        Your Third Trimester:
7th Month = Wks 27,28,29,30
8th Month = Wks 31,32,33,34,35
9th Month = Wks 36,37,38,39,40

This is actually very misleading. Being in your 4th month is hugely different than being 4 months pregnant. For example this chart shows 1 month as weeks 1-4 but when you are one week pregnant you don't tell people you are a month along, you are IN your first month. Think of it in terms of a baby when someone asks you how old it is you don't tell them two months because they are 5 weeks. You have to look back to find your month. If you are at 15 weeks you are IN your fourth month but you are only 3.5 months along. FYI

Yea cuz if u think about it, we say 40 weeks is 9months but its not 4x10 is 40 which makes 40 weeks 10 months. And there are more 4wx4=28 days in a month. This is very accurate and It makes so much more sence then just dividing by 4. Im glad I found it and Im glad u ladies are finding it useful as well.

I just considered myself 2 months since I wasn't quite 3, haha.. I don't consider myself 3 months until I've hit 12 weeks. I guess technically, 13.
