brown discharge is just old blood that took a little longer to travel down. nearly everyone has it at some time. especially at the end of your period. if you think you may be pregnant take a test. try to eat light foods if your feeling unwell and stay away from greasey foods it will only make you feel worse. also many women get food cravings during or before a period its normal.

you should visit a gynecologist and burger is not a cause of brown discharge.
