Brown spotting

I'm 25 yrs old and have had sex with my bf only once.  My period came on the 12th and on the 19th we had sort of sex.  I say sort of because he didn't go all the way inside of me and when he was about to ***, you pulled out and came on his pants..we didn't use a condom...it just sort of happened.

I've had sex before and a day after I would notice brown spotting that lasts a few days.  It's almost a year since I last had sex except for on the 19th.  I did some research and found out that I will ovulate 14 days after my period.  On the 20th I saw a brown discharge on my underwear which has continued up to today and I'm curious to know if this is as a result of implantation bleeding or if it is something else.

I know I will be a good mother if I'm pregnant and I'm sort of hoping that I am.

Any Advice?

i did some research and found out it would not be implantation bleeding.  Right now I'm forcing myself to keep my eyes opened, but I also think it might be too soon for me to know if I'm pregnant and I'm getting the feeling that I'm not since the date for my ovulation has not come as yet.

Thanks for the responses.

I dont think she could have had a miscarraige. She started bleeding the day after she had sex. You have to give it time to implant in order to have a miscarraige.

I dont think you would have implant bleeding yet. I know that I have experience the same thing that you are experienceing now. I was using nuva ring before I got pregnant. you are supposed to take it out after three weeks, have your period, and then put a new one in. My health care provider told me that I could just keep each in for 4 weeks so I didnt have a period. So, I decided to do that. however, because I didnt have a period, when my husband and I had sex, I would experience a light bleeding after. I dont know if this might be what you are experiencing, but it is one answer. I think you should wait and take a pregnancy test on the day when you would expect your regular period. This way you know for sure.
