CM and Ovulation

Here is my situation.  On Christmas 2007 I miscarried, naturally and was about 4-5 weeks.  On February 11-16 I got my first period.  So, based on a 28 day cycle (which I have been off since August when I got off the pill, but I have never been more that a week late) I should start my period again on 3/9.  Which then would have meant that I "should" have ovulated around 2/23-2/26 give or take a few days.  On 2/26 and 2/27 I had Cerival Mucas (which also appeared in November 2007 around the time I conceived).  But then I had more CM on 3/4 and 3/5.  I'm a bit confused, does anyone have any comments or information as to why I would have CM at 2 different times of the month? and does that mean I ovulated twice?  I am hoping to be pregnant but just confused as to what is going on with my body (which I know will be screwed up from the miscarriage).

It took me about 7 weeks after the miscarriage to get my period.  I was nervous too that I was pregnant, especially when the beginning of my period was spotting - because that's how the miscarriage started.  I had taken a pregnancy test just to be sure and it came back negative.  Then of course I was sick during the "ovulation" time, but we managed to BD a few times just in case.  We know that I will get pregnant when its meant to happen, so like my OBGYN said, at least I know I can get pregnant.  Good luck again, keep me posted about your BFP!

I M/C November 23rd, naturally as well. Yea it was so weird...in December I don't think I Ovulated because my levels didn't' get back down to 0 until Christmas time so I didn't have any then. But in January I was like YAY I'm Ovulating! And than a week later I'm like wait I think I'm Ovulating again! I was like WTF!? So I came on here and asked and lots of the ladies said that happens sometimes with or without having a M/C...and than I asked my Doctor and she said the same thing. It's just weird! I don't think I did this month...I'm pretty sure I Ovulated Feb 16th and I haven't had any CM until about a few days ago, I'm having a bit, but its not Ovulating CM. My last Period was Feb 1st so I'm gonna test tomorrow am! Praying for a +!!
Good luck to you ladies!

I too M/C in November 2007 and noticed that I had a lot more CM. I think I was Ovulating a couple times a month as well. But funny enough I still haven't gotten Pregnant yet! (unless I am now)...but I was definitely Ovulating twice a month, until this month. So I think having a M/C just totally throws off your Cycle and everything involved with your Cycle. However, a lot of women get extra CM in early Pregnancy and throughout their Pregnancy, so maybe you were Ovulating a couple times a month but maybe now it's due to being Pregnant? If you Period is due on the 9th, you could test today or tomorrow and you should get an accurate result.

Michelle-When in November did you M/C?

Yes i struggle to know when im fertile or not as i get the CM quite reguraly but i do not know if this means we are ovualting twice or not i think the only way we would know is if we become pregnant or we use an ovualtion kit. An ovulation kit maybe the best bet as i am currently going by the 14th day after my period as when im fertile but i could be reading this wrong but when i do see the raw egg white we do normally bed just in case but i am no longer charting im just having sex when we want to and when we see the raw egg white cm we bed too

That's why I was confused - does that mean I was ovulating twice in the month? If I miss my period this weekend I am going to test next week b/c if I ovulated on the 26th or 27th then I should be able to know if I am pregnant or not, but if I go based on the 4th or 5th then I need to wait a little longer.  When I was pregnant before I never got a positive urine test and that is why I am hesitant to take it too early.  Thank you for your comments.
