CRAZY BACK PAIN
22weeks and i can not sleep comfortable at all my lower back pain pretty much takes my breath away and my upper back pain is soooo painful almost feels cramping. I can not get comfortable for nothinf nor can i get pain free left side with pillow no help i really want to sleep on my back.. help
O Hun it just gets worse I'm 30 weeks n everybody keep saying use pillows but nuthing helps me n laying on either side hurts bad n even laying on my back is painful the only way I get comfortable is propping up my pillows so that I'm basically sitting up n I can fall asleep then I'm ok just I toss n turn to each side...
