Caffeine

I drink caffeine pretty much all day everyday. I'm starting to feel guilty about it. Did anyone else drink it during their entire pregnancy?

You can drink it during pregnancy as long as it's not your ONLY drink, it's fine in moderation!

Im a BIG soda drinker thats all i drink everyday. Thats just wat i drink.  Im not 36 weeks almost 37 and ive never had ne problems with my little guy hes perfectly healthy and acutally bigger than he shuld be!!

I drink coffee/tea, soft drinks, water whatever I feel like just try drink a bit of just water keeps you hydrated where caffeine dehydrates.

Im a sucker for mt dews & I have been drinkind them since abt 20wks & Im now 30wks & 6days and my son is healthy : ) I also try & drink water too

Yes, definitely make sure you're keeping up with water, you're supposed to drink quite a few bottles a day, it's what keeps your amniotic fluid regular levels

I drink mountain few all day every day, I get severe headaches and flu like symptoms without caffeine, my doc has told me that as long as I try drinking water in the morning when I wake up and a bottle with 2 meals, and a healthy drink like v8 juice with my 3rd meal every day i'm ok and it would do more harm than help to quit completely
