I got pregnant in Sept of 09, but I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks due to low progesterone. It was really hard on me since at that time we had been ttc for 8 months. My doctor gave me the okay to try again the next cycle. Two months later...no period. I hadn't ovulated and it was confirmed with bloodwork. I had lots of tests done, but it was all normal. I was prescribed provera to start my period and I did. Two months went by again with no sign of my period. Same thing...wasn't ovulating. I took provera again and was religiously charting  my bbt. The fifth month I ovulated and got my period as expected. The sixth month I also ovulated and got pregnant. My daughter is now 7 months old, and I've missed maybe one period since she's been born.

Lots of things can cause your cycle to be off. Whether it's stress, emotional issues, exercise, diet, hormones. I was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome, so that's what they accredited my anovulation to, but any number of factors can cause you to miss a period. A missed period, doesn't ALWAYS mean you're pregnant. If you have had repeated negative blood tests, I would say it's highly unlikely that you're pregnant.

It's possible you took the blood test too early. And IF they didn't do a beta blood test theres a little higher change it wasn't right. Was it a beta blood test??

what is a beta blood test?

It's where you find out your exact hCG level. If you didn't have it done, you need to.

if i had taken a blood test then another the next week and they both came out negative is their still a chance i'm pregnant if my period hasent shown up and i still have the same symtoms (symptoms)

Usually no, as blood tests are quite accurate. It does happen however, so you need to have a beta done. If your levels are under 5, it means you're not pregnant. Desire alone to be pregnant can cause these symptoms, so they're unreliable in saying if you're pregnant or not.

but then what can explain the missed period...

The mind is a highly powerful thing. For example, think of people who are super healthy, never sick and they see a doctor and find out they have cancer. Suddenly they have dozens of symptoms, are super sick and can't do anything. Desire or thinking you're pregnant can do the same thing. More or less your body starts to think it's pregnant and then in turn will start to produce similar things. It's called pseudopregnancy or false pregnancy.

Just missing a period doesn't even mean you're pregnant. Not ovulating one month or having late ovulation means skipped/late cycles.
