Can someone please tell me how to stop pregnant update emails from Medhelp?

We just lost our baby boy due to severe congenital heart defect - he was born sleeping on the 26-01-2011 (Australia day.)
I'm having trouble trying to figure out how to put an end to the Medhelp pregnancy update emails - and it's a painful reminder each time I get one.

I am so sorry for your loss.

I had a miscarriage last year & kept getting things in the mail such as, samples, diaper coupons & american baby magazines & stuff.  It was such a horrible smack in the face.

Hi there -

I have removed the Pregnancy and Baby Bump apps.  These are really easy to use again should you become pregnant again.  

I have left your Pregnancy tracker up, only because it gives the option of deleting the data, and I wasn't sure if you wanted to do that or not.  If you remove it, and delete data, you can start the tracker fresh if/when you become pregnant again.  If you just remove the tracker, and want to use it again in the future, it will have saved the data for you.  This is entirely up to you.

To remove it, open the tracker, and under Actions, choose delete tracker.  You will then get the option of saving or deleting the data.

I am so sorry for your lose. I wanted to stop the emails too because if a m/c. Go into the email and at the bottom there is a way to unsubscribe from the email lists. I will keep you and your family in my thoughts.

im so sorry to hear this:( i cant help with the question you asked but i can offer my condolences, cayden is such a lovely name my cousins baby was also born sleeping (full term) and his name is kayden too .
  just too precious for this earth and needed to make gods skys more beautiful :) i no its hard hunny but keep smiling he wudnt want his mummy to be too upset xxxxxxx

Have you deleted your pregnancy tracker on your profile? When I deleted mine once I gave birth I stopped getting the notifications. DD was born early and I didn't get anymore.

I am so very sorry for your loss and the pain that you and your family are going through. I hope you can get the notifications turned off, that would be a hard thing, I completely understand where you are coming from there. Have you tried to contact the MH Community Manager? That is where I would start (you can get to them on the post above on this forum). I wish you success with that. My condolences and prayers for your healing heart!
