I had an ovary removed almost five years ago and I got pregnant in December after three months of trying, so it is possible. However, as the previous poster suggested, if you have been trying for awhile, you may want to see a doctor to make sure everything is ok.

I know someone who had an eptopic pregnancy so she had her left ovary removed. She got pregnant less than a year later to a healthy boy so I'm thinking you can still get pregnant. You should definitely talk to your doctor about these concerns. Good luck!

Have you discussed that with a fertility doctor?  You can as long as that ovary is releasing eggs. But if you have been trying a while u might need help. I would talk to a specialist especially because the closer u get to ur 40s the harder its going to be.
