Can you get pregnant without having sex?

So me and my boyfriend were fooling around and he ejjaculated and a little got on my hand and about half an hour later I touched my vagina (not like masturbating or anything) and im just wondering if theres any way i could get pregnant from that...? Also, I heard your most fertile before your period and I'm suppost to start in a couple days...Is there any possible way I could become pregnant from this? Or am I just being silly? Please help! Thank you:) Also, I'm a virgin, if that means anything.

You can get pregnant without having sex, as any time sperm comes into contact with the vagina there is a possibility of pregnancy. It only takes one sperm to get you pregnant. The chance of getting pregnant this way is unlikely, but it is possible. Sperm does not die within seconds of hitting the air and will survive as long as they are in the right conditions, so if the semen is still wet, then the sperm is most likely still alive. I don't think you would get pregnant from this incident and try not to stress out over it, but next time be much more careful. If you are going to mess around, make sure to watch what you are doing and if you end up having sex, always use protection from start to finish.
