I waited and let it happen on it own with my son.  I was 6 days late.  My friend tried this rasberry tea and drank it for about a week starting at 37 weeks, her son was born 2 weeks early.  She was also walking a lot and having sex to try to soften her cervix.  She was only in labor for 5 hours too.  I am pregnant again and I will wait and let it happen on its own.  Good luck to you!

why would she try to induce labor.... her baby will come when her baby is ready.... she may endanger her baby by trying castor oil because baby as well may start pooping in her uterus and swallowing it, also  by having diahrea she may become dehydrated... i know she cant wait to meet her baby but tell her to relax and give it few more days.
