Has anyone did a lamaze class? Isnt it suppose to help u prepare for labor & everthing else. I scheduled a class at the end of this month& it gives me the tour of the hospital as well. Has any other moms took this class & how did it go?
The lamaze class teaches you to care for your newborn, diaper changing, swaddling, sids prevention, breastfeeding etc. Also includes how to breath during labor pain and what to expect when delivering. They explain inducing, csections, natural, epdidoal, and vag birth.
