Cod Liver Oil

So I bought cod liver oil yesterday because I looked up that it was a good stool softener but idk if I can take it while pregnant I've read multiple different things saying its alright and its bad. Soo anyone know the answer to this?

Actually it doesn't say that on the bottle if it did I wouldn't have bothered asking.

You cant take cod liver oil during pregnancy or breastfeeding it specifically says that on the bottle

Id stick to safer stuff eat alot of fiber and drink lots of water and then try metimucil

Anything that can stimulate your bowels can also cause your uterus to contract. I probably wouldn't take it to be on the safe side.
