Colposcopy while pregnant
I have had a few colposcopys done in the past, and had the LEEP procedure done as a result from the colposcopys. I received a call saying that I have an appointment for a colposcopy next week, and I will be roughly 21 weeks pregnant.I know that it doesnt necessarily mean that a biopsy will be taken, but I am still very nervous to have this done. Has anyone else had the colposcopy done while pregnant and how did things go?
I had one at about 12 weeks..no biopsy was taken just a solution put in to kill any bad cells. it was quick and painless and didnt affect baby!
