Come off the pill and confused.

I was on Microgynon 30 for around 5 years. I came off mid pack early November 2012 and had a withdrawl bleed 2 days later. I worked my cycle out and was due to come on yesterday. I have done a test this morning which was negative. Just wondering how long it mat take me to conceive? Also, would it be worth me trying another pregnancy test in around 3 days time?

It can take a couple of months to get a regular cycle again. It wouldn't hurt taking another test, although I would leave it at least a week. You may miss a period or two or have irregular bleeding although for some people they get straight back into a normal cycle. As for conceiving, there really is no way of telling, but the majority will conceive within the first year. It could happen straight away or it could take a few months.
