Concerned about contractions

I know lately I have been posting a lot of questions so I do apoligize, but from what alot of you know I have been having contractions and I am on progestrone to attempt to stop them. Well this morning I woke up and was having contractions so I began to time them. They were comming about every 13-15 min on the dot. I tried laying on my left side a drinking water and they seemed to lighten up in intensity but still came about every 13-15 min. That was about 7 hours ago and I am still having them. So I guess the question is is this something I should be concerned about?

Definitely call L&D and your doctor (don't just call one, call both---preferably your doc first). Contractions should be 5-7 minutes apart for active labor. But you should not wait for that point.

Let us know what happens!!! And don't worry about asking a lot of questions. That's what the forum is for!
