Constipated baby...help?
Hello mommies my baby is 5 days old today and she hasnt pooped in 2 days how can i help her with her constipation? Today is her second day with no dirty diaper just wet ones. Can anyone help me with advice?
I read about something similar online. They suggested sticking a thermometer with a bit of vaseline to help babies poo. I dont think i can do it tho. Also read about chamomille tea have u or anyone tried the tea with positive results? Im dont want to see my baby in pain cus she cant poop :(
I know this may sound disgusting but my mom would stick her finger up there to help us pass like if it was a hard stool n she still brings it up to this day #awkward also if ur baby is on formula that can cause constipation, vomiting etc too u might have to switch brands or types but if ur really concerned id call the doc tomorrow if no improvement see what they say
