Continous Bleeding, 8 weeks pregnant

I have been looking on the internet forever but know ones story seems to match mine and I would love any advice. I am 7 weeks 5 days pregnancy and have been continuously spotting since 5 weeks 2 days. When i first started spotting (brown) it was VERY light... noticed it 2-3 times a day only on the tissue after going to the bathroom. The next day it was slightly more often, but not heavier. The third day it got slightly heavier (wore a panty liner) and was everytime i wiped (still brown and would not call it heavy in the slightest... i could wear one panty liner all day). I went to the hosptial that day (at 5 weeks 5 days) and they ran all the tests, and did both types of ultrasounds and saw the baby with a heartbeat of 110 bpm. They said all was fine and 50 percent of women experience bleeding during pregnancy and half of them women go on to have a healthy baby and the other half go on to miscarry (so i was given 50/50 odds to miscarry... great). Everyday since then the brown bleeding has continued... it is every time i wipe, and I am still wearing a panty liner. I have a doctors appointment on Wednesday (at 8 weeks 1 day) but I feel like i need to get some advice to be prepared. Yesterday, I had a single clot (long and thin... like a peice of yarn the length of a pinky) and was very scared. Was almost at the hospital when I decided to wait it out until wednesday due to financial/insurance reasons. I had another single, smaller clot today (both were brown, nothing red in site). If anyone has had a similar situation, please tell me! I know its a good sign to always be brown, no cramping (although sometimes i feel pressure in my abdomen... not pain), and no pain at all in my back.

One last thing (sorry so long), they found a cyst on my ovary in ultrasound but said thats normal, its fine, nothing to consider... please let me know what anyone thinks if they have had a similar situation, and i know spotting for 3 weeks is not normal (beleive me I KNOW!)... CANT WAIT TO HEAR FROM YOU GUYS!

Do you ming me asking if the clotting was a similar situation to mine?  Like an individual clot... or did the clotting start heavily... and did the spotting eventually turn to red or did you go to the doctor/ER that you were informed of the mc? Any more info would be great because I really want to look for signs that will tell me more bc I am actually more scared of going to the ultrasound wednesday and them telling me theres no live baby than having the mc naturally... i know its not any better but it just seems worse to me... if that makes sense.. so any more info on your situation would be so appreciated.  and THANKSSSS for the response!

i had a different but simular situation about a month ago i was 5 weeks pregnant and started spotting brown and by the 3rd day i had to wear a panty liner and the next week i started passing brown/black clots.  I'm sorry to say my situation was not a positive one and ended in miscarriage.
