Continuous light pinches at 8wks pregnant

Is it normal to have continuous light pinching on lower left abdomen at 8wks pregnant?  The pinching was continuous for two days.  I have been spotting/staining brownish colour discharge and have had two ultrasounds.  The technician was not able to see anything except a sac on the first ultrasound at 7wks and there was a heart beat at 8wks.  Embryo dating was at 6wks and 2days.  Just a day after the 2nd ultrasound, I started to feel the pinches.  I had nauseous feelings for about week leading up to the pinches and it seems to have disappear after the pinches ended.

I"m trying to decide whether I should get another ultrasound.

Your input is greatly appreciated.

I would say if it is going to make you feel better get another u/s! There is no harm in it! I hope that everything goes well with you. I also had those pinches and aches around the same time and they went away and everything is fine!

most likely its nothing to worry about. If its not painful, you shouldnt worry about it.
