Contractions OR Braxton hicks
Soooooo My doctor said I dilated 2cm{In 1 Week} & it seems like after she checked me I been having period like cramps ... My side & belly hurt on & off ... So I to a shower & it seems like they picked up ... I don't know if it The REAL DEAL Or Braxton hicks ... Have anybody else have this problem after they get checked ???
Drink a big glass of water and lay on your left side. If they dont stop or let up start timing them. Often times if your body is already progressing on its own then being checked can jumpstart labor
