Ive been tryin to time cus ill have like 4-5 cramps in an hour but then it will stop for about an hour nd come bak. Srry for the long post but im not sure if these are contractions or not. My whole pregnancy i havent had one BH or contraction so im not sure what to look for.

Chances are its ur labour starting. Hopefully they quit stopping and just continue. U cant always judge it by how long they last or how far apart because that maynot b consistent but they shoud get more paiful and not stop. An just remeber that not all contractions are picked up on the monitors. When i was in full labour with my first they were only picking them uplike every 10 mins but they were one after the other so theywere going by my reaction instead. Good luck!

no harm going to hospital to check how far dilated you are and they can also see if it is contractions or not, but they say its not labour until contractions are like few mins apart, but if theres pressure then that could be real contractions..plus you are 39weeks, okay to have a baby now... just go check it out... no water break? with me, i had my water break, and contractions wouldnt start, so they induced me the next day, and when contractions started i felt presure, and contractions were more and more frequent, and pressure at the back can mean its real contractions.. go now or wait till the contractions are more frequent

Its probably false labour. What u are expetiencing are contractions but when u are in full labour they wont stop they will just continue to intensify. Keep timing them and when they get regular and 5 mins apart then its a good time to call ur doc. Your time is near goodluck mama.

I've been having cramps on and off but nothing timeable either. Only had BH twice. I keep hoping they get stronger but they never do
