Contractions

I cant deal right now. My contractions hurt like hell. every night its the same thing. I'm due Friday and im only a fingertip dilated. But the way these contractions are I feel like i'm going into labor. The minute I get up to go to the hospital they stop. Its all in my lower stomach area. Ftm!!! Is there anything I can do. I can't sleep and im just sitting on my ball bouncing.

Ugh im so miserable I tried the warm bath already.  I wish o would just go into labor already

Keeping active is the key. Gravity works wonders. For pain relief a nice warm bath may help you. Hopefully you wont have to wait to much longer x
