2mrw I will be 10 wks & I've been wanting a peach cooler. Will that 1 cooler hurt my growing baby?! I haven't drunk any alcohol since Nov.
Ahh!! I was craving a corona sooo bad a few months ago! I hardly ever drank before I got pregnant, so obviously I didn't drink one... But oh boy was I craving one baddd..
I see things I crave as well that have alcohol in them. One 1/2 a glass of red wine is fine according to the obgyns, however if it is going to make you feel guilty or lose sleep at night I wouldn't do it. My birthday just passed and I thought about having a glass, but then I realized that I would end up feeling guilt and beat myself up for it and didn't have a glass after all.
I understand a lot about what u r telling me...its just a crave thing. I'm a ftm & I don't want to put my 1st or none of my children in danger. I appreciate ur comments tho. & maybe I would try that peach & mango drink...sounds very sweet !
I wasn't saying you will or did I was just saying that's the best way to look at it because a lot of women do think a glass of wine or a beer is fine when in reality you never know. I know you were just asking I didn't assume you've done it.
Wanting a peach cooler...didn't say I drunk it already ... it was just a thought of course I wouldn't give my baby alcohol period. I haven't drunk any liquor since Nov. So of course I can wait my 9 months out.

Some people will say its okay me personally and my midwife say. Would you give your new born baby a drink of alcohol? Why would you give your fetus alcohol? Its the same as giving them the alcohol. 9 months isn't that long of a wait.
