Could I be Pregnant?

I am now currently 10 days late and I have had some slight cramping on & off, feels kinda like period cramps but it never comes, and also I have a thick white cm (sry if tmi).  I took a pregnancy test after 7 days and it came out negative so I am just waiting now, I don't know what to think, I need some answers, can some one please help me?

If you believe you are pregnant go to the doctors and request a blood test.

You could be pregnant Yes.
A urine test could be negative as it is Only still Early depending on the time You conceived. With my first pregnancy I did not get a positive on the urine test until two and a half months into the pregnancy and still it was only just positive.
The blood test is the most accurate and can show up within 7 days after conception.
Are Your periods usually on time?

Are you definitely late for your period? The home pregnancy tests go by the amount of hormones in your urine and there may not be enough as of right now to give you a positive. I would wait another week then try. Its usually 2 weeks after gestation. There are tests that give a positive 5 days after your misses period, but there may not be enough hormones to give you the positive you need. So wait a lil and good luck. If nothing and still no period, you could have skipped it from stress or go to the dr and get blood work done.
