Could I be pregnant? Please help..

Hi,

I hope you can all offer me some advice.
My period has always been very regular, however, after my period in January it didn't arrive until 6 weeks after (on the 12th February) - maybe due to stress.  However, me and my partner had intercourse on February 26th - which should have been a good time to get pregnant due to the fertility calendar.  My next period was due on Friday 26th March but it hasn't arrived.  I have experience a few cramps, waking up feeling hot and have very sore nipples - which is rare for me.  However, today at around 5pm I took a pregnancy test and it was negative (4 days after my missed period).

What do you all think? please offer me some advice on whether or not you think I could be pregnant.

Hi,

Well, i am going to wait until this Friday - which is when my period should begin if it is still following a 6 week cycle.  If my period arrives then I suppose I should just accept the 6 week cycle and I am going to buy an ovulation monitor to check things.

My worry now is that my cycle ha gone strange - i have been under stress this year so I am just hoping that this is the case!!

how about going to get a blood test done? Everyone says that is much better than a HPT.

Hi,

I tested again this morning and it was again a BFN!!  I am worried because after stopping the pill in August my periods were regular - but in February it arrived after 6 weeks and this month again its looking like it is going to arrive at 6 weeks.  Could I be going through a perimenopause? I am only 32 though so hopefully its just down to something less serious.

What do you think?

I know its frustrating.  Its making it worse that I stopped the pill in August and was always regular since then.  Then after 5 months my period didnt arrive until 6 weeks later, which was very strange.

Do you think its still possible that I am PG?:

i had the same thing. i really wanted to get a BFP but I kept getting a negative.
My AF was 11 days late and it came on day 12. :o( I was sad. I was hoping to still be PG but I guess we will have to wait and try again.

I was coming home from work today and I went to the chemist and bought 2 tests.  Then by the time i got home I couldnt resist!! Unfortunately, aa big negative!!

I did one also Saturday morning and it was negative too.  Do you think there is any chance of me being pregant? I will leave it a few days now and test in the morning.
