Could I be pregnant right after a miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage on jan 25th. My husband and i had unprotected sex on feb 12 and 13. I had a miscarriage last year and didnt get a period until march but i wasnt worried last time because my husband was deployed and i wasnt having sex. So my question is could i have gotten pregnant that soon after a miscarriage and when should i test? since i do not know when my next expected period should be?

Sorry for you loss as well. I can't tell if maybe it is a typo, but your post says your loss was at 22 weeks. I would suggest talking to your doctor about how long to wait. It can take your body longer to recover from a late loss than one in the first trimester. You want to make sure to give your body enough time to recover so that it is ready for the next pregnancy.
Unfortunately when I got pregnant immediately after miscarrying I lost the second pregnancy very early as well. The doctor said that my lining may not have been fully recovered after the first miscarriage, which could have prevented proper implantation. Best of luck to you.

I hope this helps and again I'm sorry for your loss. I also experienced a miscarriage it was devastating but after 34 months ttc, 1 miscarriage and fertility treatment. Here is a study that may help:

Research Briefs from The Parent Review
No wait needed for pregnancy after miscarriage

For the best pregnancy outcomes, when should a woman try to conceive again after a miscarriage? The sooner the better, a new study suggests. Scottish researchers looked at data for nearly 31,000 women who became pregnant after an initial miscarriage. Compared to women who conceived 6 to 12 months after their miscarriage, those who became pregnant again within 6 months were 34% less likely to miscarry a second time. They were also less likely to have an ectopic pregnancy, a cesarean or preterm delivery, or a low-birth-weight infant. The highest risks of a second miscarriage and other pregnancy complications were seen among women who conceived more than 24 months after miscarriage. The findings run contrary to current guidelines by the World Health Organization to wait at least half a year to conceive after having a miscarriage, which affects approximately one in five pregnancies.

Yes it is possible I would suggest taking a test tel weeks after you first had sex and every week there after until AF arrives or positive test.

Dlfeen you should post your own question to get better response but yes it is possible and a positive OPK means you did ovulate.

Yes, it is possible. That happened to me 2 yrs ago. It can be a tough situation because unless you have tested since your m/c and gotten a negative test, if you get a positive test now it is impossible to know if it is left over hormones from the old pregnancy or a new pregnancy. (Sometimes it can take 6 wks or longer for the hormones to go down to zero after a miscarriage, which is what can delay your period after a m/c, and can also cause you to get a positive test during that time.) The only way to know is to get a blood test at the doctor, and then go back 2 days later for another blood test to see if the numbers are doubling. I would do a home test 14 days after I think I might have conceived, and if it is positive, call the doctor to get the blood tests. Best of luck to you!
