Cramping.

So I'm 37 Weeks Today. 1st Pregnancy, Everything Is So New To Me. Anyways,When I Sleep I Stretch My Legs Out, Well Lately My Calves Have Been Cramping Up. Is That Normal??

Usually its a sign of dehydration. Try increasing.your water intake and it could help! :)

I found that ready salted crisps worked magic :-) extra salt helped ease the frequency of the cramps and the intensity when I did get them. Before I had a packet in the evening I was getting them several times a night.

Shes right life saver tip, toes up and you will stop the cramp

When you feel the cramp coming stick out your heel not your toes. Life saver tip!!
