Cramps :/
After I sit for a few nd I get up I get cramps every time I get up nd walk? Any idea why? Nd is there a way to help it?
Was looking for a post about this cause the last few days i've been getting sharp cramps when I get up too fast or sneeze/cough hard! they are sharp but go away quick. i'm 14weeks today
Maybe this is why I feel like i'm going to explode. I'm 13w tomorrow. Today I constantly feel like i've eaten to much times ten and no position is comfortable. Makes it kinda feel like I can't breath. Ahh!
I get them too! Sometimes it is an uncomfortable sharp cramp that happens when I get up too fast, sneeze, cough or laugh.
Yeah this is my first pregnancy..I didn't know if the cramps ment something bad..thank you tho!
Might just me the ligaments in your stomach stretching, can be very painfull expecially in the first pregnancy
