Cramps!!

I am 4w 4d and having like menstrual cramps is that normal?

Mild cramping is normal.  Make sure you stay hydrated because if not cramping can become worse.  If cramping gets severe or you experience bleeding/spotting contact ur dr.  Good luck.

I had such cramps too when I was 5wks but mine was due to the fibroids I have. I would advice you consult your dr to know the exact cause of the cramps.
