Cramps

I woke up having cramps. I am 15 weeks now. Is my baby ok? Could it be from crying and not eating much? Im worried. Really worried. they havent stopped. no bleeding. I have had it all morning. I hear when you miscarry this far along you dont bleed. Ughh!! my doctor wont see me till tomorrow for my appointment.

I'm 17 weeks 4 days and was woken up by cramps this morning. They lasted 2 hours or more. It supposedly helps to drink water. Try distracting yourself with TV or a game. It's normal, your body is literally going through growing pains and it hurts lol. If you spot or bleed, go to the ER.

I meant not eat (obviously) and crying doesn't hurt but it doesn't help either because I know when I cry I usually start cramping etc. But I agree with above poster about the blood on the pad.

Cramps are normal.  My hospital said don't come in for bleeding unless I fill a pad up with blood. I'm almost 26 weeks and still cramp.  It's just a pregnancy symptom.  Your body is changing to accommodate baby. Take some Tylenol and drink plenty of water. The hospital won't do much for you just for Cramps.

I had some toast and potatoes. But im still cramping. I feel so guilty for crying now. Even if I start to spot is it wrong to go to the hospital?

Cramping is normal. I had painful ramping that stopped me in my tracks at that time. Eating and crying don't help with it either. I would try to get something in your stomach even if you don't feel like eating.
