DO I take all of them together?

B6, progesterone cream, Evening Primrose Oil capsules.... I know B6 and progesterone cream are supposed to help with luteal phase defects so I'm wondering if I can take them both or should I choose one over the other?  and can i take EPO with both/either of them? I'm trying to fix my estrogen dominance as well as increase my chances of conceiving when it's time....

Yeah..I took the pro. cream too early and I think i delayed O. Dangit!!! So I'm not taking it anymore in the hopes that O will come around. (i only took it yesterday once).
I bought bioidentical hormone cream that is a professional formula (meaning its stronger than regular cream) and it is supposedly safer....
i hate this whole game of trying to get it regular!!!

Hi there i use epo, progesterone cream.and b6.you should start using it 4 days after you ovulate.you may benefit from charting, this will help you know when you ovulate.the cream i didnt notice much difference to be honest, over the counter progesterone creams, are not as strong as progesterone given to you by your doctor.if you dont normally have sore boobs near af then it may well be working for you.good luck..

Thank you...that was a NICE post....
I have another question. I started the cream this morning at 8:30 am b/c everything I read (including the cream) said to start on day 12 of cycle and today is actually day 13. My question is whether or not the cream would cause visible side effect so early. Tonight I noticed that my breasts (mostly the right one) is becoming very sore/tender...but I thought it would take days or even months before the progesterone cream began to cause such a symptom. Did you notice anything immediately after starting the cream? I can't think of any other reason why my breast would hurt near O...b/c this never happens.
Thanks!

I am glad you are doing your research that is what I did too. The best way to know that you are o'ing is to use an OPK. I loved the clear blue with the smiley face. It was so simple. Believe me after trying for two years I finally figured out what worked best and what did not. I would try the cream, it really made a difference. I bought it locally at a health food store for 16.00 it was called Femgest. My doctor made me continue using until I was 12wks pregnant. You can also order it online for about the price. It was really easy to use and I would use it again for my next baby.

Believe you will feel like a science experiment if when you are pregnant, I think it all comes with the terriorty!! I willl really wish the best of luck and I can't wait to hear about your BFP!!!

Thanks ladies!!! I think I found my answers.... B6 is okay to take the whole cycle. Progesterone cream you only take after you know you O'd and until AF.
EPO is taken from AF to O....
I feel like i'm in math class memorzing formulas!! LMAO!!! Now if only I can remember.......

Wow...thats awesome!! congratulations to you and the lil one you have coming soon!!!
I read that EPO needs to be taken until O and then you switch to flaxseed oil...my problem is i have EWCM for so many days (up to 7) that i find it difficult to determine when i O...plus I usually have a 31 day cycle(which lately has been screwy). I was also just reading about progesterone staying in fat cells (which i have plenty of) and causing side effects if you have too much of it. So now I'm thinking i should of held off on buying the cream (which cost 45 bucks!!) until I heard from my docs about the saliva results. dammit!!

Thanks for your input and congrats again! Hopefully it will work for me too when we start trying!!

I took all of these things after I "o'd" you are not suppose to start the cream until CD 17 (if you ovulate on CD14). I did take EPO before I "o'd" and after that I picked up with Flaxseed oil. This really helped my luteal phase. I was spotting a week before AF every cycle for about a year after my MC. So, then I tried this last summer and I became preggo, by September. I am now 32 wks and I owe all to my cream and herbs. Most doctors don't believe in it, but I really think it made a huge difference.

Good luck with your TTC. I hope this helps you as much as it helped me!!
