Dangerously Hot Weather

Hey ladies, I just want everyone to stay safe this summer. Out here on East Coast we are entering a heat wave this week and even now it is NO joke outside in the end of May, I cant even imagine what the rest of summer will be like. I was only out for ten mins with my dogs and felt myself burning. Please stay hydrated and watch your time in the sun. Even with SPF you will burn. So if you want to get some color, please protect yourself.

I live in wi and had to put my air on.. Not only is it making me crazy being hot, but my poor dogs need it, they dont even want to go outside I can imagine how much this is going to suck when it gets hotter!

Oh I cant breathe for s***!!! I went outside  (I have mild asthma) to take the dogs out and it was difficult to breathe. Heavy, stuffy air. I have one more trip to make outside with them before I have them take it down for the night.

Now I'm stuck inside because we were just issued an "air quality warning" until tomorrow night. I guess the air is so bad that it's dangerous to be outside :(

Lol. Well come to the uk!!! It's the worst summer in years apparently. Would love for the sun to come out but also glad that it's not hot weather through my last weeks of pregnancy.

Send that heat and sun over to the United Kingdom... Its typical British weather here, wind and lots of rain :( we had one fab day and temps reached 19... That's as hot as it got ('_')

I'm in SC as well. The humid heat is miserable. I haven't even been taking my little man anywhere because the air in my car is broke.
I'm getting cabin fever. Lol

I got a horrible sun burn on memorial day and i was in the shade all day except when i went for a ride in my dads chevelle with the roof down. Its 82 today and super humid. I live in upstate New York

I usually love summer, but the heat is killing me. :( it's already 90 here in mass, with crazy humidity. And to top it all off I live on the third floor, so it's actually hotter on my apartment then it is outside.

Dang ladies, throw a little of that sunshine my way. I live in western washington (think seattle) and its been raining all week here. We seriously are lucky to get one dry warm month a year lol. My husband is a transplant and i tease him about needing to grow his webbed duck feet so he can get around better lol. Wish it would hit 70 so i can pull out my shorts lol.

@sml143....I don't mind the heat, it is the humidity, so I get it. It's the humidity that gets ya. Im staying cooped up in my place, only going out for the dogs about four times today and to stop across and check the neighbor. Normally we walk, but F that. Not this week.

@ Kate037.....OH hunny!!! My Nan was a ginger and I have her fair skin. My dad is 1/2 Italian and is my mother, so I have dark features and pale *** skin and freckles so I totally relate!!!

Im out in PA....between Philly and New York and we are getting slammed with a 5-6 day heat wave. Which reminds me, I may check on my elderly neighbor later today. I worry about her, shes alone and I don't know if she has a fan or an AC. I see her windows open now, so that puts me a little at ease. At least there is air circulating in her apartment
