Desperate for help!

I'm in desperate need of help and advice from you ladies, sorry for the long post in advance. I had my son 4 months ago after a 4 hour back to back labour which resulted in a ventouse delivery due to his postion. I had a few stitches and felt ok, I assumed I would feel cramping, discomfort for a while.

When my son was 2 months old I started having severe abdominal/pelvic cramps. I feel like my vagina is burning, heaviness in back passage, struggling to urinate (takes about 5 seconds to push it out) and feeling constantly full, heavy and pulling tugging type sensation, nausea, night sweats, aching joints, loss of appetite (lost all my baby weigh plus an extra stone which I could not afford to loose). I am in constant pain which at least once a day turns into sheer agony (worse than my late labour pains and I didn't have any drugs!) I've ended up in the emergency room 4 times for them to say see your GP.

So I've had- blood tests, ultra sound scan, low vaginal swab, urine check all negative. NHS Gyny would not see me for 3 months so I saw a private Gyny (spent all our savings) who thought it was endometriosis because my internal exam was so unbearable he couldn't complete it. I went on to have laporscopy which showed no endo but that my uterus was inflammed and uneven. He fitted a mirena coil last week and said to see how it goes.

I am still in awful pain and struggling to care for my now 17lb 4 month old!
Please if anyone can help or have any ideas as to what this might be please reply, I am at my wits end and don't know how long I can go on like this.

Ouch! That sounds horrible and I'm surprise they haven't found an infection. Did they say whether you had blood & leukocytes in your urine (from labs or a dip stick)? Could it be a case of thrush gone bad?? I've heard of some women being told they had a UTI but it was thrush...if only...good luck!!!
