Did any of you experience this?

How many of you ladies experienced the feeling that you were to get af...and then you found out that you were pregnant?

Oh yes, both pregnancies I had AF like cramping and kept running to the bathroom thinking AF had begun.

YES, that was me with all four of my pregnancies.  Especially with this pregnancy, when I started to have implantation bleeding I really believed that was my period but long behold I found out I was pregnant three days later.

Definitely thought I was getting my period - didn't test for an additional day b/c I was so crampy. Then, I noticed that I was smelling things from far away - could smell the kitchen trash from the living room - took a test, and voila! :)

w/5 of my 6 pregnancies I felt like I was getting my period!  The main thing different for me though is that my nipples get sore when I am preggers, & not at all before AF

I've been cramping for four or five days now and it's like severe cramps. But I hardly ever cramp, I mean its very rare. Plus when I eat foods that normally wouldn't upset my stomach, I feel like I'm going to get sick maybe 30 minutes after eating. Do you think this could be because I'm possibly pregnant? I don't want to get my hopes up because my husband and I have been trying for almost a year but I would like to know what could be causing this.

yes, with both my pregnancies - especially my first...I was cramping so much that I thought AF was going to come ANY SECOND!!  I was 2 weeks late before I thought I should test (DH and I weren't TTC).

That would be me... all five times! In fact, I was so AF-ish feeling that I honestly thought I'd get negatives. So I was always shocked to get positives!!!

I had af like cramps for a week and a half before she was to show her ugly face...I'm not sure what possesed me to test at 10DPO, but my digi (okay 2 digi's!!!) both said pregnant on them!!! I'm now going on 21wks :-) Good luck to you!!!

YES I did! I thought my af was gonna show cause I was cramping really bad and nothing showed that night or the next day. The cramps then went away and that's when I had a feeling I was pregnant. Sure enough I was!

Thank you....I've been feeling like AF will show her ugly face for a while now. It's odd because I don't feel like this for so long before. I only feel the bloating the day after it's started. I've also had cramping for a few days...I hardly ever cramp.
I just took a test this afternoon and got the most faint line ever...right away. I'm going to re-test because I'm not sure about it. It's almost not even visible....my husband admits that he can see it but he doesn't believe it's positive. Just don't want to get our hopes up I think.

yes i had af symptoms for about a week before my af was actually due. It was mainly cramping though but took a test 7 days before i was due on and it came back with a BFP. I may have ovulated slightly earlier though.

good luck
