Did you get twinges in lower abdomen when pregnant?

Just wanted to ask how many of you got pain like twinges above your pelvic bone when pregnant and how many weeks were u? I've been getting pain like twinges above my pelvic bone the other day i had it on my right side and tonight i had it on my left side. I'm not ovulating and not due on AF so i know it's not that.

Unless its unbearably painful i really think its growing pains i also had them with my son and it gets worse the more pregnant you get unfortunatly good luck hun x

I got period cramps before I tested at that point I was 5 weeks, now I'm 13 weeks n I get like what feels like growing pains rather then cramps with occasion twinge lol

I am 9 weeks pregnant and get many twinges the midwife says its my uterus growing with the baby. But i used to also get ovulation pains how you describe also. Are you pregnant or not sure x

I got a lot of crampy things when I was pregnant.  not like a peroid.. different.  like it feels a few days before af.

I have been having them for a week now.  I can't figure out if it is af or not.  i hate the tww.
