Dislocated spin/disc?

So ive been having horrible back pain and I'm not talking about pulled/sore muscles.. Day by day it gets worse but my actual lower spin feels like its shifted or snapped.. I do everything im supposed to like bend at knees, and sleep on side with pillow or heating pads and a maternity band.. I even do light back exercises for spin comfort and my lower discs actually click & its horrible.. even when I cough it sends a sharp pain in lower spin.. Im only 32w 3d & I know what braxton hicks and round ligament pain is and its not that . Anyone else have this? Could it be my kidneys? Please help my pain level is at a 7 all the time it never goes away.. Its starting to stay crampy 24/7 up front now to.. :(
