Does everyone get swelling? I'm almost 34w and haven't had any...

NOT that I want it lol But just curious, does everyone swell or just some people?  I'm almost 34w and haven't had any swelling....I had expected it but luckily haven't had it yet...I know I have about 6 more weeks so it could come...maybe I'm just too early?

I didn't start swelling until I was about a week overdue.  She came along week 42.

I didn't have any swelling with either of my previous pregnancies. I think it's just different for every pregnancy and every woman. Consider yourself lucky and don't question it! LOL. Have great next six weeks!

I just started swelling and I am 36 weeks, so it still can come!!!

I never got any swelling either and I was almost a week late! My shoes fit fine, my rings still fit perfectly...I was actually wondering at the time if it was normal too because I thought everyone got some kind of swelling! But luckily I didn't! However, lots of women don't get it until their last few weeks..but hopefully you won't!

I never got any swelling either.  Maybe you are a lucky one.  I kept waiting for the swelling in hopes of putting me on maternity early...nope!

I never got swelling in my pregnancy, thankfully. My rings were actually falling off the whole time. I know my mom got it and she couldn't wear shoes anymore it was so bad!! This time around I will be pregnant through the summer, so I wonder if I may get it this time. We'll see.

i started swelling after 36 weeks and now that i am in labour or prelabour (dr laready admitted me once this week) my feel swell big time when i am up and about and having contractions

Its a symptom that not everybody experiences and will vary from pregnancy-to-pregnancy also.  I never had swelling while pregnant.

That's a good question...I assumed that everyone had swelling but maybe not!  You might be one of the lucky ones!!  I attributed my swelling to gaining too much weight in the pregnancy...and you're doing awesome with your weight gain so maybe you'll get lucky!  :)
