Don't want to gain to much weight! Advice

I don't want to gain an excessive amount of weight while pregnant. I am 130lbs and I'm 7weeks today. And healthy fruits and veggies are amazing at the time but I can't keep it down, greasy fast foods are foods I never eat until now cause chicken nuggets will stay down! And I hate soda but the carbonation helps settle me for some reason- I need healthy advice! I refuse to let myself go but I also want to make sure that I'm eating and not starving the baby or me. Ugh help.

During my first 12 weeks nausea was horrible and I used to eat extremely healthy before pregnancy but all I wanted was fast food, I hated the idea of it but if that was the only thing that my body would hold down, I ate it. Now I'm 19 weeks and I'm back to loving my fruits and healthy foods, I go for walks a couple of times a week which help a lot and I only gained about 5 pounds even with eating lots of chicken sandwiches and baked potatoes lol don't worry, if you gain a little more weight than planned you can always run or work it off but until after the baby is born stick to daily walks, it doesn't sound like much but it really does help! Just don't over do it :)

I'm 28+3 with twins and have only gain 3 pounds. Morning sickness was horrible until 14 weeks then on and off since.
As for soda it is fine to drink ladies AMD so is caffiene ( 1 cup a day Dr said it OK!) And I'm a soda junkie lol. Moderation. I found drinking flavored waters are really yummy moderation of course due to artifitial sweetners. Or even my favorite. Sparkling water and add some crystal light! Yummo.
As for weight gain. Walk. And stay active. Eat healthy. Chicken nuggets are good. Buy them at them store and bake them. Not McDonald where fried. Drink lots of water and fresh homemade juices!

Its impossible to starve the baby your body will not allow you. You will pass out trying. Pregnancy hunger pangs are unlike any other. They will have you headed to your kitchen at 3 am.

You dont need to cut out caffeine entirely. Just limit your intake (ie dont have 8 cups of coffee) but if you used to havilg some caffeine daily, to just stop it entirely is worse x

^^ Soda is fine to drink as long as its caffeine free and you don't drink too much.
