Due date UGH!

This is kinda long so bare with me...

My LMP was Jan 19th, but my periods are irregular, it's not uncommon for me to skip a month and not have a period. I had intercourse on Jan 15th- Feb 3rd and again between Feb. 7th- Feb. 15th.

I took a pregnancy test on Feb. 22nd and it was positive.

On April 23rd I had my first doctors appt, according to my LMP I should have been 13 weeks, but an ultrasound put me at 11 weeks with a conception date on around Feb. 15th. I have always been able to predict my periods because I am always regular.

I am now 34 weeks and I've always measured small.

I guess I just need some reassurance because depending on when I conceived (Jan 31st or the middle of Feb.) means a difference in Paternity, and now being so close I'm scared that the ultrasound was wrong and I conceived on Feb. 15th ...which would be bad :(

In your experience, is early ultrasound dating accurate? I'm really scared!!! Is me getting pregnant in Jan. a possibly?

My LMP was January 19 and I'm due October 20th. I ovulated on January 31-February 1st most likely. I am currently 37 weeks.

If you ovulated just 2 weeks after I did you should be 35 weeks now.

Regardless, you should get a DNA test. Even the difference of a week or two can mean nothing in pregnancy and a DNA test is the only way to know for certain.

Usually the early ultrasounds are pretty accurate.  They can be off by a few days if you're measuring a little small or big, but the baby is going through so many changes each week that it would be unusual for them to be off by an entire month.  Especially since you had a period the end of January, I would say conceiving in Feb is more likely.  I'm confused though, first you said you have irregular periods, and then you said you're always regular???
Keep in mind that I'm just giving my opinion. The only way to know for CERTAIN who the father is would be to have a paternity test done once the baby is born.
