Early Bump

Hi Ladies,

Turning 9 weeks today. The past week I have been feeling thicker through the sides. My hips don't really go in...more like straight down now. I have a pooch. I'm still under my pre-pregnancy weight by 4lbs. Can I really be starting to show already? How is everyone else "growing"?

:)

Well, it wasn't my imagination after all. I'm 10 weeks now and there is a small bump. I put up pictures from 6-10 weeks. I am still under my pre-pregnancy weight but the belly is growing anyway.

I am a few days shy of 12 weeks.  This is my 4th child but I had a tummy tuck 2 years ago.  I have been bloated most the time but now new new belly button is stucking out a little and it is firmer underneath. None of my work pants fit in this area so I have to pin them until I find the time to get to the mall to buy some maternity pants.  The ones at Motherhood that sit real low are very comfy.  I don't think I have been a size 5 since high school.  I'm a 12 these days and hopefully after this last baby I will get back down to an 8. I'm tall so anything smaller would look unhealthy for me.  My morning sickness and nausea seem to be gone today. I'm hoping it's permanent.

It's my first. I'm just bloated and irritated I guess. Ha!

And you girls in your size 5s. I don't want to hear it! haha! I'm rocking my 8s right into 10s.  I'm really grateful despite my cynicism.

If this isnt your first baby then you will most likely start to show quicker than you did with your first, however if this is your first then its most likely down to bloating!!...im 13+1 and have a little bump already with it being my 2nd child!... congrats! =]

haha yeah i was in 1's and 3's before i got prego and now at 11 weeks the couple of 5's i have are fitting like you said, if i sit i have to unbutton them, i'm very petite at 5'3 and 115 pre pregnancy. and very narrow hips so this should be interesting! im sure i will never fit in my 1 or 3 size pants again since i was fitting in them since my hips are non-existent. don't feel alone about the feeling like a cow thing, thats how i feel, i just feel like i look more chunky at this point and time then prego haha.

Oh have u seen those belly bands that you can wear over your jeans with them unbuttoned, they are amazing! i got mine at target for like 18 bucks instead of the like 30-40 they were online. i can wear my 3's and 5's comfortably with them unbuttoned under the band and be comfortable its so nice if it werent for that band i'd have no pants to wear! its just spandex and polyester and u can wear it over ur belly and the top of ur jeans or scrunch it down just over ur jeans if you are like me, i hate high rise pants, i've always worn the low riders. and if your wearing a shirt that doesnt go down that far it just looks like ur wearing an under shirt.

I'm 13 weeks and a few days along with my pregnancy. My uterus is right below my belly button, and very obvious, especially when I lay down on my back. I have always had a pooch because after all this is my 5th baby lol, and i'm very petite. I'm used to sucking in the extra baggage on a daily basis, and now it's to the point where it hurts to suck it in.

I went to a size 3 in Sept....now I am a size 5, BUT my size 5's are feeling a bit snug on my lower belly now, I wear the low rise jeans, so when i'm sitting down, I actually have to unbutton my jeans lol. I feel like a COW....and i'm only going to get bigger! But I can't wait until I actually LOOK pregnant, and can't wait until the DF can feel the baby move. I feel it moving once every couple of days, nothing major....but I can't wait until the lil bugger is pushing his feet into my bladder lol!

Lol oh yeah i know what you mean, my next door neighbor was out walking there dog when i was outside with my step son and i told them i'd found out i was pregnant, and they are an older couple and the wife said, oh i thought you were looking like you were pregnant, either that or just gaining weight! oh man i wanted to cry haha, so i definitely know how you feel. I feel like a cow too, i'm not far enough along to look exactly pregnant but just far along enough where i've got a reasonable size pooch compared to my nice flat stomach i had before haha. i hate this chubby in between stage! i'm ready to just look prego already haha

hormones on the loose!

Thanks Shayne,

I just feel like a cow. Mooooooo!
Ha!
I'm sure I'm overreacting. I just have had a few comments from people. They figure out i'm pregnant and then say things like, "Oh, I thought you were looking pregnant." or "Yes, I can tell you are." Oh really? Well you look like a person with no filter on your big mouth! haha.

Hormones?

Yeah I had the same thing at 9 weeks, all my pants and stuff stopped fitting and stuff. I'm now 11 weeks and can definately tell the difference in the bump,  it just feels different. You will see =]

Actually, it's the same all day. But, yes it could be bloating.

it's most likely bloating, until your around 12-14w your uterus is still behind your pubic bone, so alot of it is bloating.

I bet that it starts small in the morning then is bigger by night right?
