Ectopic Pregnancy

I am soooo freaked out about everything that could go wrong!!

I was reading about ectopic pregnancy.. and now its got me all freaked out. how common is this?.. it says you will probably bleed. is this true?.. Im not bleeding.. just curious. I feel like i am freaking myself out now. I am almost 5 weeks.. levels are at 1344.. very tired, breast tenderness.. I have had some cramping in the pelvic area (this is normal right?)
When I went in for my ultra sound a week ago, I was told it was too early to see anything. I go back in a little over a week.
Am I just being a freak about this??

i had an ectopic and i was bleeding off and on like a regular period and i had severe pains in my side and i kept passing out. just calm down and think positive.

Cramping is normal. If you feel sharp stabbing pains on one side of your pelvic area you need to call your doctor. But you sound just fine to me.

And it was too early to see anything via ultrasound. They generally see something between 5-6 weeks.

I have nothing like that.. no bleeding..I know this is gross but..I have been constipated, could that be a reason for some pain in my lower belly?

Is your HCG rising normally? Is there something that is making you think that it is an ectopic? I had an ectopic in July. I never bled until after the laproscopy. I had one sharp pain that had me in tears that lasted about 20 min and then no pain after that. I went to the hospital because of that pain and they told me they didn't know why I had the pain. That's whne they told me I was prego and my HCG was 27. They kept checking my levels and they were rising but slowly at first. I was 7 weeks 1 day when they did an ultrasound and I found out it was ectopic and my HCG was 5500. No.. employer had mentioned it to me b/c they had not seen anything in the u/s .. But i was too early. I am almost 5 weeks..and myHCG is 1344..I am going back today for another blood test.

I have had some cramping in my lower belly.. nothing where i am in severe pain.
