Ectopic Pregnancy

I'm feeling alot of pain, some very deep cramps. But I'm not experience any bleeding or spotting. Does anybody know if ectopic pregnancy is ALWAYS accompanied with bleeding/spotting? I go to the doctor's tomorow, and I'm nervous because I keep having pain only in my right lower side. I can kinda feel a lump. I don't know if it's the baby lump, or lump from ectopic. But when I press down on it, it doesn't hurt or anythign and I know the doctor said if I do and if it was ectopic that pressing down on the area would make me scream...any advice?

Thanks. I'm also feeling flutters from two different areas...could that mean twins? My appointment got rescheduled to tomorow.

The baby/womb are still well below the pubic bone. So I don't know what that lump could be other than an enlarged or swollen organ (ovary, perhaps?).

I had some weird pains in early pregnancy that made me think ECTOPIC!!! But alas, all was well. Just be mindful of how you move your body, take your time getting out of bed or with lifting your other baby. That can definitely cause round ligament pain (which could be what you're experiencing).

I'd definitely request a sonogram tomorrow to make sure your tubes are clear.
