I use mine to help with back pain.I'm 38w 5 d. When I sit on it , it relieves my back pain and makes it easy to do pelvic exercises.
I agree I've been using my ball since 34 weeks and I'm now 41+1 weeks getting induced on Wednesday my baby girl is engaged but my cervix hasn't dropped and is only open a little.
I got the small one too that sounds like a good idea!!
But it does take alot of pressure off your back my ball is small enough to fit in my shower so if I'm having extreme back pain I'll take it in the shower and set on it and let hot water hit my back..feels soo good
^ lol same here I get swift kicks to the ribs constantly and it feels like he's kicking my lungs haha
Thankfully the last 2 comments finally answered my question! Haha thanks guys!! I'll see if my exercise ball helps baby drop. I'm just so uncomfortable with him so far up. I literally feel like he's in my boobs! Hahaha
Bouncing on an exercise ball doesn't always work..I've been doing that since 35 weeks and now I'm one day overdue and my son still hasn't dropped some women don't drop until they are in labor
It helps with lots of things. I'm 25 weeks and I love using mine for pelvic tilts and practicing my squatting position. But it can help baby drop more it can also help baby get into the correct position. And it really helps stretch you and prepare you for labor.
So it's true that the ball helps the baby drop?? Or or just helps make your water break? I'm confusedd
I need to start bouncing on mine
Oh my gosh, I had my water break on one of those as well!
We're you close to your due date ? I'm 10 days away & trying Everything natural to speed it up !
And how many weeks were you??
Was the baby already dropped when that happened??
It made my water break after 5 min of sitting on it with legs wide open within 5 mins :) defiantly doing it again this pregnancy
